Hoping someone can help.
For over a week now, programmes on channel 5 are not recording whether that be my already scheduled programmes or new programmes I want to record. I've tried recording on none HD 005 and HD 105 and it still won't record. It comes up with "failed to record" for my scheduled recordings and "This programme can't be recorded. Please try again later" for new programmes I'm trying to record.
I've rebooted my BT Pro box and rebooted my router but I'm still having issues.
I do not want to do a full hard reset as I will lose all my recordings.
I'm sure I did a reset in the past where you can keep your recordings.
Does anyone know how to do this without losing recordings?
Or does anyone know of another solution?

When you go to do a factory reset it will ask if you want to keep data or not (before you put the code in on the screen)
If you don't get that option for whatever reason contact BT and they will be able to do it their end.

I have done a factory reset (keep recordings) and the issue is now resolved. I can now record programmes on channel 5.
