last night my season scheduled recoding failed 10 minutes into Peston, for no reason I could find. This appears to happen way to often on the new internet only box. Is this a bug?
Hi @Caher, sorry you're having a problem with recordings. Have you tried a reset of the box with keeping recordings first (How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help) to see if that resolves the issue. If not then a factory reset would be the next option, after you had watched your recordings, and see if that resolves the fault.
