Hi there, I’m having the same issue, have rebooted both boxes, tried through wifi and now have tried two Ethernet cables.
I can watch bt sports through my tv box no dramas, but soon as I try sky I get the error code. Can watch sky fine through the now app on bt tv which is grand but I want to be able to record sports games and watch later so need to do this through the box any help be much appreciated

and follow the steps. If you've got a Full Fibre connection please power cycle the ONT first.

Hi @Benquick88, just to update the thread for the community. The tv team checked and the cause was your broadband connection. As this could not be improved we agreed to downgrade your TV package without a contract until you decide what you want to do with your service in the future.
