My elderly mother is having problems accessing the settings cog.
I’m trying to help her vet the phone.
can anyone confirm the instructions are still correct:
switch on box
press blue youview button and then the small arrow keys surrounding the ok button to navigate to the cog?

Thanks for posting. If you press the blue button you should see the home screen. At the top right you'll see the cog. Just use the arrow keys you've mentioned to navigate to the cog.
