Hi All,
My Recordable TV Box has recently stopped working and I have tried to 'factory reset' it, but this hasn't resolved the issue (either by keeping all recordings or losing all recordings) ?
Ideally, I'd like the box replacing, but have found trying to get through to somebody (either on line and/or on the phone) difficult.
I'd appreciate it if somebody could let me know how I can go about making arrangements to order a new box please ?
