I think you need to to tell us about your set up to get any sensible help.
What model boc?
How is it connected to the internet?
Does it have an aerial connection or does it rely solely on the internet?
Was it previously able to record and has now stopped?
That's for starters except to ask have you tried turning it off then on again (using the power switch)?
