Once again all are recordings have stopped playing and we can't make any new ones.
I think we need a replacement box as this has happened several times now.
Hi @chrispw1 that's not good at all, I wonder if the hard drive has gone on the box. Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps?

I'm pretty sure a factory reset will fix it but why do I have to keep doing this every few weeks?
