Hi I’ve been trying to remove the now entertainment pass from my account via the my bt portal. It seems to do it and I get an order reference number .
However I never get a confirmation email . I also get a message saying “ERROR: Occured on this Module” on the removal process.
Can anyone help ?

As this seems to be a browser/website issue, it might be worth trying another browser. Especially if you are currently using Safari, which EETV doesn’t seem to be able to get the hang of.
Are you on the entertainment package or is the entertainment pass in addition to your TV package?
I don't think you can have a TV service without a now package or TNT sports.

Thanks for that. I thought the problems were rather more widespread, in particular the read/unread emboldening on the EE Community that forces me to work down the Unread list on that Community, whereas the emboldening is reliable on this BT Community.
Or are we saying that’s not a Safari problem per se?
I'm not sure about the community boards, but they're not using software written by BT/EE.
