Return Lable

BT promised a return label for a faulty TV remote control  handset that would be in the packaging with the new handset, but the return lable was not included. How do I get a return lable ?

contact CS 03301234150 and ask for returns bag

Hi, @frankmorris123 returns packaging isn't included with replacement equipment. If something needs to be returned you'll get a separate letter with a returns bag.

Yes the BT guy said he would send a return label which was about three weeks ago. How long does it normally take to receive the label ?

@frankmorris123 it shouldn't take that long. Have you received any notifications via email or text asking for the faulty remote to be returned? If not, it's likely one hasn't been issued and we don't need the remote back, but you can still request an ad-hoc returns bag using the message now link on the help pages Broadband | BT Help

Not received any notification so can only assume BT do not want return but will still try to get returns label, thank you for your help,
