I've requested 5 returns labels in a month because none have arrived (the address is correct). Calling and chat don't seem to be any help. I've seen on here someone has before requested an emailed version of the label instead? Is this possible and how can it be done? I don't want to be automatically charged £160 for non-return for something not my fault even after repeated attempts to chase a returns bag. Thanks
