having trouble with my sports channels have error code btp 11178 can not access them.

can you help thanks

Your order has an agreed activation date of Monday July 1st - your channels should start working then.

I have the same BTP-11178 error on TNT Sport s HD and Eurosport HD channels. I upgraded yesterday.
