On all my subscription channels, I keep getting an IPC6007 error. I've tried things like power cycling the box on the wall etc, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Sorry for the IPC6007 error message you're seeing. Try this >> How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help << and let know how you get on. (There is an option to do the reset whilst keeping your recordings) as well as doing a full factory reset.
