I have just renewed my broadband and TV contract but with no changes to either. If I click on "Track your order" the following comes up

Bearing in mind that nothing is changing, what, if anything, will happen on 25th January?

Nothing will happen AFAIK, it’s just an activation date. Hope that you managed to get a good deal!
