Recently had a technical fault fixed by the BT team, which included a replacement Bt TV Pro box during an engineer visit. The serial number of this box now does not match that of the one I had originally, nor does it Match the packaging which I retained for reference.
so my question: is this important, should I contact support teams to update it? I want to avoid an issue at end of contract period whereby there’s a mis match and any potential charges as a result!

Hi, @Smumford15485 there's no need to worry the engineer will note that they replaced your TV box on the fault records.
