Guys,
I have a query about the sound output on the TV Pro box.
Watching a recording of FBI outputs in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1. Watching the same show via the Now TV app on the TV Pro box outputs in Dolby Digital Plus 2.0. Watching it via the Now TV app on my TV outputs in Dolby Digital Plus 5.1.
I have my LG C2 TV digital audio output set to Passthrough and it is connected to a Sonos Arc soundbar via eARC.
Any idea why the TV Pro box Now TV app output is different to the others?

Do your Account details in the Now app on the Pro box show you as having Boost?

You nailed it!
It didn’t occur to me that I would have to change the Boost setting from Stereo to Surround Sound when getting a new box.
