TV pro box

I have  had a BT Pro box for two years. It’s never been perfect. But lately it been a nightmare I have to turn it on and off twice a day. Due to the screen freezing. I can’t turn the channels over I  cant do anything  except look at a black screen  it’s so frustrating to have to constantly to deal  with it

Give the helpdesk a call and they'll take you through a few diagnostics before deciding whether it needs to be replaced.
