TV programmes are not recording

Hi, 

 

I was hoping someone would be able to help me. I've had the BT box pro and BT broadband for about 5/6 days now and for some reason no programmes are recording. Everything else has been great and all working smoothly but when I set a program for record, it comes up on mytv as if it has recorded as normal but when I click on it, it comes up saying 'Recording Unavailable ' 

 

Does anybody know why? And what do I need to do so it's working correctly? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Are they subscription channels that you’ve been recording? I’ve had this happen to me when new channels have been added to our subscription and I’ve tried to record them. It usually resolves itself quickly though. I remember it happened when Alibi and Discovery were added.

Have you deleted the recordings? If you’ve still got them I’d try accessing them again and you might find that they work now. If not, I think someone needs to have a look to see if your subscription has been set up properly.

Hi,

Thanks so much for both of your responses. I've clicked on each one individually again and it came up as unavailable but when I clicked help and then went back to the home screen they are now all working. Very strange but hopefully the problem is sorted now
