TV remote

My  Youview box is not responding to my BT remote. I have tried all the suggestions on the Internet. Still no joy. When I've tried to pair it to my  TV it all works until I try to turn the TV back on. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your remote isn't working correctly. What BT TV box do you have?

If it's the BT TV Pro Box have you tried replacing the batteries? If that doesn't work try doing a factory reset on the box via the maintenance mode option, this should allow you to keep the recordings.

If you have other remotes close by, are the batteries in the correct way on those?

I know it sounds a bit strange, but I had the same issue with the older TV boxes and this was the issue
