How do I get teletext my new BT box.  We used to use radio channel and then pressed the red button.

@Hazel3. Teletext no longer exist, its BBCi.  Only available if you are connected to internet with Ethernet or wi-fi.  Pressing red will bring up BBCi menu..

@Hazel3  Although the service that you are referring to still exists and is transmitted by the BBC, the EE TV Box Pro and the BT TV Box Pro are not capable of displaying it.

BBC Red Button's text services were due to close on 30 January 2020, but the switch off was suspended on 29 January 2020 following protests.

So many TVs and TV boxes in development from that time onwards  did not include the old technology to handle  the legacy BBC red button, and focused  on the connected red button.
