UHD box stopped responding to remote

Box has stopped responding to remote. Standby and volume  buttons still operate. Buttons on top of box also unresponsive except standby. Tried on/off, unplugged but no change. Remote has fully charged batteries. Currently showing Iast chanel viewed, and bottom bar showing what's on channel is stuck on.

Hi @boothandco90, sorry your remote is not working. Have a look at how to reset the remote: Reset your BT TV remote | BT YouView+ remote | BT Help and see if that helps get it working again.
