The app scheduled and recorded to my pro box but none of the recordings are available to view.
I get the message 'Recording Unavailable'
Clicking more info, it comes up with 'switch to a new TV package?
This is a new package and a new box, it all worked fine with the old package and box, should have left it as it was..
Not sure if it was live when I was looking for the MotoGP as TNT failed to upload any of the practice/ qualification for the British GP until Monday!
I'll try tonight and see if that makes a difference
My experience is that the first time that you record from a channel or group of channels there will still be a message displayed that you need to negotiate your way through before it will allow you to watch the recording, even if you’ve watched it/them live before. I added Sky Sports to our package around a year ago and when I recorded from it the first time I thought that the recording had failed until I responded to the messages that were displayed.
The only message that comes up is telling me to upgrade my package to NOW TV..
Do that doesn't help much at all...

Now tv is not TNT sports thiugh so what exactly are you trying t watch?
I know TNT is not NOW TV, but that's the message that comes up when you click 'more info' on the failed to play message.
