The complaints data is per 100,000 customers so 3 per 100,000 customers could be the same amount as 6 per 100,000 customers as more numbers to dilute.....

Yeah not getting your point 

All isp's service satisfaction was monitored 

EE finished bottom  

Having dealt with BT broadband and EE mobile for many years I have to admit to not being surprised 

Unbelievably Sky came first

@Kodikid  Are you suggesting that as I have a BT/EE subscription, I could buy a box privately and it would allow me to access all my subscribed channels and recordings (no matter which box the recording was scheduled on)

Sadly no

The pro box is a freeview recorder 

You'll have to use it as a standalone device 

So You'll have to set both individually to record
