When I switch off my BT box I lose most of my live TV channels and have to retune.

But no matter which, touch the On/Standby button for just over 8 seconds until the box reboots, and see if this fixes it.

When you say "switch off" do you mean put into standby or powered off?

I mean standby sorrry if that's when the red light stays on.
