If you have a BT TV subscription then BT should replace it.
If not then Ebay is probably your friend for a reasonably priced replacement.
Intermittent buttons can often be fixed by internal cleaning of the contacts, the hardest part is usually getting them apart! YouTube will probably have a general guide if you feel confident but bear in mind you could also end up with nothing working....
