Hello all
I have just changed over to Internet Mode, which i have only just discovered, on my Pro Box as I lost Signal on many FreeView Channels due to the Weather.
Everything is working as it should, however, will the BT TV App be Updated to reflect Internet Mode?
As it is at the moment the App shows every Channel available which makes using it unfeasible when utilising Internet Mode.
Hopefully, the App will be Updated to only show the Available Channels, even better would be if the App could also somehow Hide the Channels that have been Hidden on the Box although I do not see how that would be possible.

If you have switched from aerial mode to internet mode you presumably will have reset your Box Pro to achieve this. I would expect if you have paired your BT box then it’s (BT TV app) channel list would change within a day..

The App has now Updated the Planner so that it is now showing the Correct Channels which is good.
I would still like to see the Hidden Channels reflected in the App though.
I do not want to see them on the Box so why would I want to see them in the App 🤓

As for recognising Internet Mode - this was added to the app months before the feature was even launched to the public. 😁
Unfortunately the box doesn't send any information to the cloud about what channels are hidden, so there's no way for us to filter in the app. If ever YouView add that feature to the box, we'll be sure to add it to the app.

I managed to sort this out, thank you.
Also a handy way to check if any new channels are added in the future, although Sky has someone to pin a log onto their forum.

Hopefully, YouView will add that Feature in the Future as I am sure it would be welcomed by more than just myself.
