Youview Channels

My BTTV box was activated this week I have some channels missing and I am not sure if I am supposed to have them can anyone advise.

I have no channel 7 (local tv) 16 QVC,  19 Dave, 20 Drama, 22 tjc, 25 W, 27 Yesterday, 29 itv2+1, 30 e4+1,  34 great movies, 35 itv1+1,  37, 38, 42 great action,  45 Gems,  47 film 4 +1, no channels between 50 and 66 and no channels between 69 and 200. 235 Al Jazeera, 236 GB News and 237 Talk TV

It sounds like you have set it up in IP mode. 

If you want the missing channels you will need to reset your BT TV Pro by going into settings, device and reset. 

Plug in an aerial while it reboots to set up your BT TV Pro in aerial mode.
