Have done everything, software updates, factory reset, diagnostic tested by customer services on live chat.
Broadband connection is excellent. However picture signal quality completely pixilates. Then it seems ok. But then pixilates once again.
there is a hard drive failure i suspect.
So, another call to Bt I suppose...
is it a similar problem and the same TV box Pro that you experienced in Dec2022 ?
