When I click on each app, it says "loading" for a couple of seconds, then goes back to live TV. Started happening yesterday. I noticed that there was an update yesterday. Have tried turning BT box off all night, but no luck this morning. Also Amazon Video, BT TV, but mysteriously Netflix still works.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @mcbendall welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems with the apps. I'd recommend updating the players and apps in the settings to see if that helps.
Press the Home (or YouView) button then go to Settings
Select Software Information under Information & Reset, Update players and apps

Hi, I tried updating all apps etc. Only a factory reset sorted it in the end
