I subscribed to VIP 8 days ago, finally started working yesterday after a couple of chases, and now I’ve lost the Cricket again. Not a very good experience so far.

First time I've had issues as well.
It was Now TV that the issue was with, not BT
The clunky software is down to the YouView platform.
Once they stop concentrating on their own stuff this month and start focusing on supporting BT and TalkTalk, hopefully that improves.
Also no one is sure what EE have up their sleeve for BT TV once the merger is completed, so it could be interesting times.
