Recently moved to an apartment where the broadband/telephone is provided but is non-bt. How can I get (cost) a replacement Youview box with wi-fi as all I want is the recording facility and access to players, not the full package.

BT only make Pro-Boxes and all other TV boxes available as part of a subscription now. You may find them on some 3rd reselling sites though but these won't be provided or sold by BT and therefore will have no warranty or support available.

I recently bought a refurbished talk talk youview box with recording capabilities on Amazon and you do get a years warranty with it for £69. 

It's a bit on the slow side but you can't grumble for that price .
