My daughter has an email account and has changed her phone. She cannot remember her password so asked me to change it for her.
I cannot see her email account on my list. It is a live account and has been used frequently and recently.
What can be done to put it back on my list so I can administer it?
@Geoffsharris Have you gifted the email address to your Daughter if so you may no longer have admin rights over it. Is she able to follow the password reset process on this link?
