Hi,
Suddenly today 14/7/23 my BT Email iPhone App will not open. I click on the icon and the screen just goes black and then back to the wallpaper page. I can sign on via the website so it’s clearly the App itself. I have restarted my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the App.
I have tried to report the error on iPhone App Store, however it directs me to the developer website. So when I go on the BT website, I am not sure where to report the fault.
Can anyone help?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're experiencing issues with the BT email app not opening on your iPhone.
Please can you try deleting the app, restarting your device and then reinstalling the app?
Restarting the device before reinstalling the app should clear any cached information.
