Is there an issue with BT Mail? I can received mails but unable to send , all the mails stuck in Outlook outbox. I tried login to webmail but unable to get on.
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email via a BT Premium email account?
Have you tried logging onto your MyBT then going to "Your Products" then "Mail, manage". Once there do you see your email account?

Very slow to logon to webmail via Chrome and OK via Edge
I can send emails ok via both browsers.
Do you have Outlook set up as an IMAP account or a POP3 account?
Have you tried deleting/moving the emails that are in your sent folder per chance it is one of them that is causing the problem.
