Logging into my BT account and following the help instructions to create an additional email account is not working. The steps indicated under my products are not shown.
New account required as despite blocking users and domains my wife's account is being bombarded with SPAM.
I only have at present the BT email product at premium level that I pay for.
Help/guidance would be appreciated.
