Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

So in other words, the BT email system is unfit for purpose & you need to look elsewhere if you want secure email access.
Thanks for that, as we now have confirmation BT's email app is UTTER JUNK.

Re: BT Webmail Feedback v2 (post 16th April release)

Go on then; how is having to use another app 'more secure' than accessing my email via my browser?
Why the Hell should I have to jump through more hoops to access my emails?
Oh & I've had to log in again at least 10 times over the past day, which is RUBBISH.

What is outlook?
What is IMAP?
What is POP3?
WTF am I supposed to do with them?

And here is somebody doing exactly as I said they should even although the answers to the above have already been given in the forum many times.

BT Email server settings | BT Help

https://www.spiceworks.com/tech/tech-general/articles/imap-vs-pop3/amp/

Microsoft Outlook - Wikipedia

If that does not answer your questions and you really want to know and are actually going to try and use an email client, which I suspect you don't, rather than just trolling with your latest ten posts which are meaning less as they  do not show who you are replying to, I will answer further questions that you may have.
