My biggest issues are the way that the body of emails are now formatted with words being randomly split across rows making it difficult to read, and the 'delete' option being inside the row of options rather than at the end.
Come on BT, please sort this. It looks as if these changes have not been properly tested

Right, so I signed up for a new contract and this completely rubbish 'upgrade' happened. Is anyone at BT listening?
The font is **bleep** especially if you have poorer eye sight. Nothing works as it did. I need to see the attachments not look for them.

A nice easy quick fix is to download and use an email client/app such as Thunderbird or Bluemail and you won't need to use the "new" BTMail interface at least until BT issue the fixes.
Keep reporting the messages as spam and one day, when H*ll has frozen over BT might actually do something about it.
If the upgrade is supposed to ensure safety and security it has about as much success as a chocolate fireguard... And more holes than swiss cheese.....
I'm not a fan of this new email update.
It is very clunky and doesn't seem to work properly.
If I do a Reply All, as opposed to just Reply, then there is no Send button... the only option is to save as draft... if you do that and go to drafts, you still can't send it.
Very frustrating!!
