Sadly yes!
Is anyone on this thread on a 'rolling contract'?
I'm on a rolling contract, but it's due for renewal in 'a few' days. In trying to discover the exact date, I uncovered yet another bug - that'll be about #40, I reckon.
At the top of my webmail page, there's a navigation banner:
EVERY SINGLE ONE of those links goes to a webmail page - INCLUDING MyBT!
It opens properly (with a separate login) from this 'community' page.
Edit (I've found that now!) - after several minutes of searching, I still can't find a contract expiry date anywhere.

The Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Tasks buttons are meant to take you to a web page of the webmail showing these named pages with the a list of your contacts, a calendar and task that you have set up in your calendar.
The MyBT button should take you to the MyBT log on page.
The Help button should take you to the email Help pages.
I have checked on three BTMail accounts using Edge, Firefox and Chrome and that is what happens on all these browsers so it would not appear to be a universal problem.
When you say "webmail" page what webmail page is it?
To find your contract end date log onto your MyBT and go to "Track Orders" then "Order Summary" or on your Bill.
Thanks - but I haven't found those words on any of the pages you mention. I finally got the info from:
You will see all the areas of MyBT if you hover your mouse over the "MyBT" button in the menu bar. The main title in which you will find what I posted is the heading "Orders and Faults".
When you say "webmail" page what webmail page is it?
They are all variants of "https://email.bt.com/mail/index-rui.jsp?v=ci-MX_3.2.1#/mail".
The first four have final words matching the matching link - mail, contacts, calendar, tasks. The final two have nothing after the final backslash.
Using Chrome under Windows 7 x64 on this machine - I can check Windows 11 and Linux Mint, if you want.
Edit - yes, OK, hovering over MyBT gets you to the order history for the last renewal - placed 16 March 2022, actioned 17 March 2022. But it's a bit obscure, and doesn't actually state either the duration or the expiry date.
I would guess the change is either to save money or because they want people to move away from the product.
If they do bring out a patch or correction quickly I might amend that view.
Assuming the software was tested who signed it off as a good idea and why? - Given the strong negative feedback on here I cant see how it was released other than based on my first two points. It would be interesting to know what testing was done and what the customer benifits were supposed to be (again considering the feedback on here). As long term customer who feels very let down I think that is a valid question.
Did you click on Order Summary as I mentioned.
