I am an elderly Luddite more or less forced into using a laptop to get anywhere these days, and struggle with the explanations of computer remedies that use words and concepts, that I have never heard of, that call themselves ‘simple’. The changes to BT emails have totally baffled me as I had just about got the hang of the ‘old’ system. Now I find, like others, that the ‘boxes’ into which emails seem to be put are too narrow to cope with the sentences, so the end of words or sentences go on to the next line. Any solution that I could understand?
