The BT email server does not show all my emails. Many appear briefly and then go missing. This has just started on 23 Nov and is playing havoc on all my devices
I suspect you have configured one of your devices as POP3 rather than IMAP and haven't ticked the option to leave a copy of the mail on the server.
That could be it but my own iMac is set to POP3 and is working fine and showing all my wife's emails as well as mine. My wife's MacBook is also set to POP3, and always has been, but only just started losing her emails three days ago. They appear briefly and then go missing. Emails received up to three days ago are still showing. As far as I know no settings were changed and they all seem to be OK.
Looking at both our accounts on the BT server they are both chaotic and show only a few emails whereas they used to be identical to the way they look on both our Macs.
