Bt E mail on I phone

Dear All

Previously I was able to see e mails on my lap top and my i phone.

Now I can log in on my laptop and see them, but when I try to get them on my phone, it allows me to put in my username and password and then buffers with the BT logo in the middle of the screen and styas that way without connecting.

Any suggestions as to resolve this will be most appreciated

How are you trying to access your Iphone. Is it with a web browser or are you using an email client/app?

Hi Thanks for taking the time to respond. I have been messing around blindly and must have pressed something unknowingly which has resulted in my e mails re appearing.

I will no doubt be back on here when I unknowingly press 'that button' which then turns the e mail off !!
