Bt mail problems

My bt mail is working fine on my phone but when I try to open on  my desktop computer I'm gettin error message - "http status 404 - not found. The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose one that exists"

Any ideas to sort welcome!!

If you are using a shortcut on your PC to get to your email, try using the Email button at the top of this page instead.

Try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser.

If that doesn't help try restarting you computer and if that doesn't help turn off your BT Hub for about 30 mins. When you restart you should have been issued with a new IP address and hopefully conected to a different email server that will give you access.
