Btconnect email not receiving

My Btconnect email address is not receiving any new emails in outlook live (webmail). I can log in okay via the MS web client page, and once in I can send emails okay, but the account does not receive new mails. This is a problem as I need that email to receive codes for other third party accounts two factor authentication.
