You may find that it is the time setting on the BT Hub that is incorrect. There was a previous issue when it did not change when the clocks changed.
Log onto your BTHub's management pages to see what it is showing.

Login to the hub manager 192.168.1.254 and then navigate to advanced settings>Technical Log> Event log and check the time entered for the login event.
