Following changes to the way in which BT users log into email accounts I can no longer access my second email address and send/receive emails. My BTID and email passwords are the same but when I try to log into my second email account as I have now been asked to do I get rejected with a message saying that either the address or password is incorrect. I have gone onto the "manage your emails" page which shows both of my accounts as active. I have tried the option to change the password for my second account but doing this changes my BTID password and this new password still doesn't allow me to access my second account.
The Help and Support page for help logging into BT emails seems to be down with a message saying "Sorry we couldn't connect you". Does anyone have any advice on how I can access my second email account?

Try clearing the history and cookies from your web browser and use the direct logon page as per this link.
Thanks for your suggestion. Problem now resolved with advice from BT email team. Solution was to enter my second email address on the log in page then select can't remember password and set up a new one specifically for that email address.
