Email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons

Hello

I wonder if you can help please?   I have had the same issue as I can see others have had from reading this form.  I have tried the suggested solutions, but none work. 

When trying to send an email from the webmail, I get this error:-

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (64D16E7306192437) [Err code: 553]

The solution is to use Gmail.
