As of yesterday, I can no longer scroll down to emails more than a few days old.
This means I cannot access a health critical email.
I haven't changed any settings.

I have exactly the same issue, that is if I can get in to the inbox now due to constant loop back to the "there's been a problem logging in page". What is going on lately? I am on an old talk21 email and seriously this used to be so good to use. You could log in quickly and emails would be there. And deleting emails was a doddle as well. Just select and press down and it would allow to you rapidly scroll. Now it is a joke. Click and hold select and then individually tap the arrow down and then click the last email you want before deleting. Why so much more difficult these days?!!!!!!
I have exactly the same problem. There is no down arrow to click in the bottom right hand side of the screen. I can read only two or three days' emails. I have a btopenworld account. It does say on the left I have used 6 GB
I have the same issue which occurred from Monday 3 July. With some difficulty I can access older emails on my Samsung phone but not on my laptop. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks
If you have not already tried it make sure you don't have "Conversation" view selected in the "View" settings on the right hand side. You can toggle it on/off by a single click.
I don't have 'conversation' tag highlighted. Tried the 'view' solution - doesn't change the inbox emails on display.
Grasping at straws.....In the settings have you tried ticking or unticking the box "Inbox sorting"
