My email (using web mail) is still working. What is not working is the process for gifting an email address to someone else. I had a phone call from BT on Tuesday evening. They said there were big problems with the whole BT site. They had people working on it and said it would take 48 hours, which expires this evening (Thursday 9th). They also promised a phone call back today. I will post an update here if anything happens today.
