I suddenly can't get into emails in Safari on my Mac. When I put in my password I get sent a passcode which is accepted but then it just reverts repeatedly to the login page.
I have changed my password and cleared the cache but still can't log in.

Hi @Karen500 welcome to the community, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems logging into your BT email. Are you trying to log in to the BT webmail site www.bt.com/email

It was just on the Mac and just in Safari. An overnight system update seems to have solved the problem so was may just a glitch in Safari. Thanks for the reply
I am having the same issue. I have had it on my iphone for several weeks and today I am having the same issue on my laptop. Please advise as I currently can't access my email.
