I had to contact BT who took a couple of days to fix it. Something was telling their equipment that things weren't right and they had to delete it.
Hi there
I have exactly the same problem ie I cant send emails due to the same error message. I have switched off and rebooted my router, it makes no difference. Are there any other solutions please?
I am getting this message periodically when I try to reply to a friend who I email several times a day (and have done do for years). Sometimes it is ok - other times it won't send and I get this "Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (6722B3A800CBB6FE)"
It is so frustrating - has anyone fixed this or will I have to go through the chore of ringing BT (again)?
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Does this happen with any other contacts or just this one email address?
Are you adding any attachments to the email?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
this is happening for me too on all my BT email accounts. It's getting stupid now. Fortunately, I only have a few emails now using the BT & Outlook and if I wasn't still with BT, I'd have to pay £7+ per month for premium mail service that fails to deliver.
Thanks for letting us know @marvo
