Cannot access MyBT & email

Usual browser chrome not working, tried Microsoft edge & chrome but only tiny BT logo & 3 circles… looks like server issue. Is there?

It could be a server issue. Try turning off your BT hub for about half an hour and when you turn it back on hopefully you will have been issued a new IP address and connected to a different BT server.

Thank you! Started working last night. I’d tried router and that hadn’t worked but not for 30mins! Let’s see what happens today… BT had said Microsoft edge browser best…
